Question: What is your hourly rate?
Answer: We charge $118 per hour + shop supplies and taxes, regardless of make or model.

Question: Are you open on the weekends?
Answer: We are open Saturday from 9am-12pm by appointment only & are CLOSED on Sunday.

Question: Do you offer any loaner vehicles while my vehicle is being repaired?
Answer: A few vehicles are available, however please call ahead to be sure one is available.

Question: Do you offer any financing?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not offer any type of financing.

Question: What is your typical charge for consigning a vehicle?
Answer: It depends on the vehicle and amount of work needed to be done to make the vehicle in sellable condition.

Question: What type of vehicles do you work on?
Answer: All makes & models, including both foreign & domestics.

Question: Where are you located?
Answer: In between HWY 100 & HWY 169 on Excelsior Blvd (Across from Blake soccer field)

Question: Do you offer any paintless dent removal or glass chip repair?
Answer: We offer both services & most can be completed within a day or two.

Question: Do you work with insurance companies if I have a claim?
Answer: Yes, we work with most insurance companies. (State Farm, Progressive, etc...)

Question: What type of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, & Check.

The BUYER is responsible for any/all shipment costs involved in transportation of vehicles. References for shippers are available upon request.
